About Gastrodemica Journal

Gastrodemica Journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research in gastronomy, culinary science, food studies, hospitality, and related fields.

The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and professionals to explore the scientific, cultural, technological, social, economic, and sustainable dimensions of food and gastronomy.

Gastrodemica welcomes original research articles, conceptual studies, case studies, and scholarly reviews addressing topics including culinary science and innovation, food culture and heritage, gastronomy tourism, hospitality and restaurant management, consumer behavior, food technology, sustainability, culinary entrepreneurship, and emerging digital technologies in gastronomy.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, relevance, originality, and research integrity.

Gastrodemica Journal is published twice a year, in February and August.
